Multi-unit commercial tenant improvement

TCA completed a multi-unit commercial tenant improvement involving extensive interior and exterior upgrades. The work included demolition, mechanical and electrical systems, interior finishes, roofing, glazing, masonry and exterior façade modifications, along with structural steel and supporting building improvements.

Interior and exterior upgrades

Completed interior and exterior demolition and interior finishes.
Installed new gas and water service, a new RTU, electrical systems and exterior electrical work.
Completed fireproofing and concrete work.
Modified the roof and added two snow sheds.
Installed exterior windows, doors, hardware and metal paneling, with exterior painting and masonry and EIFS modifications.
Added structural steel supports and cross-bracing and modified canopies and parapets.
Completed supporting interior and exterior building improvements.
