From Empty Space to a High-Performance Facility: Greenfox Transformation

TCA Developments successfully transformed a vacant space into a fully functional facility for Greenfox, designed to support efficiency, workflow, and operational success. The newly developed space now features:

• Two locker rooms
• Eight bathrooms
• A spacious lobby area
• Ten modern office spaces
• A well-equipped lunchroom
• A high-functioning warehouse

As part of this transformation, our team constructed two precise demise walls—one to separate warehouse areas and another to divide the warehouse from the office space, optimizing both functionality and safety. To enhance air quality and environmental efficiency, we installed an energy recovery ventilation (ERV) system, ensuring a consistent flow of fresh air throughout the warehouse.

Additional project highlights include:

• Forklift charging stations for streamlined warehouse operations
• A high-efficiency exhaust system for air quality control
• A saw cut through a concrete tilt-up panel to create a secondary egress for the mezzanine, improving accessibility and safety
