Assignment

Office and warehouse fit-out

TCA converted a vacant Edmonton space into a facility with ten offices, a lobby, lunchroom, two locker rooms, eight washrooms and a warehouse.

The fit-out included two demise walls separating warehouse areas and the warehouse from the offices, an energy recovery ventilation system, forklift charging stations and a warehouse exhaust system. A new opening was cut through a concrete tilt-up panel to provide secondary egress from the mezzanine.

Building systems

Built ten offices, a lobby and a lunchroom.
Built two locker rooms and eight washrooms.
Completed warehouse space with forklift charging stations and an exhaust system.
Installed an energy recovery ventilation system serving the warehouse.
Built demise walls between warehouse areas and between the warehouse and offices.
Cut a new opening through a concrete tilt-up panel for secondary mezzanine egress.
