Assignment
TCA completed a retrofit of the Curtiss-Wright facility in Edmonton, converting a dormant two-level office structure for mixed office and warehouse use.
The retrofit included flooring on both levels, interior painting, LED and emergency lighting upgrades, new restrooms and lunchrooms, fixtures, partitions and millwork. A barrier-free washroom was completed with a push-button operator and occupancy sensor. The warehouse upgrade also included a new 16-by-14-foot overhead door and associated structural steel.
