ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Zach has been with TCA Developments for nearly two decades, gaining hands on experience in many different roles. With the experience of seeing construction from many different angles, Zach has gained the knowledge to efficiently manage the day-to-day operations.

Over the years, Zach’s biggest strength would be tenant improvements, having managed projects into the millions. It doesn’t matter if the job is architecturally designed or design build, from start to finish, Zach will be working along with the TCA Developments team to make sure the job is done on schedule, on budget, and most importantly with a happy client at the end of the day.
