As TCA Development’s President, Sean keeps the company driving forward with corporate balance and planning, along with his dedication and commitment. Through his vision, and more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, TCA Developments has become a qualified contributor to the Alberta and Canadian construction industry.

Sean remains actively involved in all of TCA Development’s business development, predesign, preconstruction, tendering, and ultimately the execution of quality construction projects. Sean is ultimately responsible for the overall performance of all construction projects and contracts. He motivates all team members to work in a collaborative and positive environment so that clients’ expectations are consistently met. Sean is the primary liaison for TCA Developments; he believes that client communication is paramount in which facilitates stronger and lasting business relationships.
