With over 15 years of industry experience, Matt plays a key role at TCA Developments as a Construction Estimator, helping clients shape their vision into achievable, cost-effective plans. From initial consultations to detailed project estimations, Matt provides insight on a wide range of scopes—including interior and exterior renovations, structural upgrades, and design-build solutions.
Matt works closely with clients during the preconstruction phase, developing accurate estimates, preparing shop drawings, and forecasting project timelines based on material lead times and workflow planning. His technical expertise ensures each estimate reflects both the scope and intent of the work—right from day one.
Throughout construction, Matt maintains open communication with the Site Supervisor to monitor progress and ensure alignment with the approved budget and schedule. He also provides ongoing client updates, ensuring transparency and clarity at every stage. His proactive approach keeps all stakeholders informed and confident from pre design through final delivery.
