ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Matt meets with clients to provide insight on their purposed scope of work and to work through a design build from start to finish. Matt’s 15 years of experience will provide estimates based on any wide range of scopes of work from interior to exterior alterations. After the estimation process has been completed, Matt will provide shop drawings and scheduling based on work and material lead times. During the construction process, he will keep in touch with the Site Supervisor to make sure the project is running smoothly; as per schedule and pricing. Matt communicates with clients throughout the project so they know exactly where the project is - this ensures all parties are on the same page.
