ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lynn is the Human Resource Manager and she is responsible and accountable for the recruitment and the on-boarding process for new employees. Lynn has been in the human recourse field for over 25 years and adds extensive knowledge to our team. Lynn is the Chair of the Health and Safety Committee and ensures compliance with health, safety, and other regulations with TCA Developments. Lynn develops training and continuing education programs for employees, as well as resolves disputes in the workplace, if they arise.

With Lynn’s knowledge and experience of many years working in administration and the human resource field, Lynn is an excellent support for our team at TCA Developments.
