Landyn Vick

As President of TCA Developments, Landyn leads the company’s operations and has been a driving force in its continued success since joining in 2013. With a strong background in engineering and a passion for high-performance project delivery, Landyn is committed to ensuring that every TCA project achieves the best possible outcome for all stakeholders.

Landyn plays a vital role in contract strategy, site development, and permitting coordination, working closely with municipal and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth project progression. He also supports design collaboration and construction oversight across all phases—from pre construction through to final turnover.

In his day-to-day role, Landyn is actively involved in overseeing operational productivity, maintaining TCA’s public and professional image, and aligning project execution with the company’s budgetary goals and strategic objectives. He works closely alongside Owner Sean and Vice President Rob to ensure company policies, quality standards, and long-term growth strategies are consistently upheld.

Known for his hands-on leadership style, Landyn ensures that every TCA project is delivered with precision, integrity, and full alignment with client expectations. His attention to detail and collaborative mindset help drive exceptional outcomes and lasting partnerships across TCA’s commercial construction work.
